Jake Thomas was hired by me as my GC for my custom home that was built in 2009-2010. The project total was in excess of a $1 million build. Mr. Thomas was contracted to professionally design and construct a single family dwelling for me in December, 2008. He designed and produced blue prints for the structure to my satisfaction and that of South Weber City, Utah. Mr. Thomas managed complete construction of the dwelling, including coordination of multiple sub-contractors. He oversaw the distribution of $XXX,XXX throughout the construction duration, with every cent accounted-for. 

The dwelling was professionally built to exact specifications, on budget in a mere 5 months. I would not hesitate to enter into a future like agreement with Mr. Thomas.
