our process for designing your future

What is it you want to do? It's a good idea to have your vision of what you would like when we are done. 

You can use ideas you have seen with other layouts, any pictures, or even just a list of needs. A ballpark your budget is helpful.

We can do a lot of work virtually, however if we are doing a remodel or addition the existing measurements and details are important. If we are doing new construction and the property has any terrain or conditions, a site visit would be needed. 

Now is the FUN PART! We will start the design with any ideas you have along with the needs we are fulfilling. We can work with the layout, architectural style, and any unique ideas to make our design perfect for you! We can do 3D views and walk throughs to make sure you understand the final design.

Once we get your "thumbs up" on the design, we start the final drawings. These will show all the details needed to create construction documents that we will pass on to the engineer, your contractor and the city.  

Now that the architectural design is complete, we get the engineering done that give us the structural calculations and stamp of approval. 

With our  architectural design drawings and our "stamped" set of engineering calculations, your contractor can turn the plans into the city for their approval and issuing your building permits, and we are ready to begin construction.
